Purchasing Principle

Labubu surprise boxes are based on mystery — meaning you won't know which exact figure you'll receive. That's the magic. We do not guarantee which variant will be included, and some boxes may contain rare or "Golden Labubu" editions.

Please note that purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind. Make sure you select your order carefully.

Fees & Taxes

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their destination country.
• If a parcel is refused due to unpaid tax, return shipping and fees will be deducted from any potential refund.

Address Changes / Cancellations

• We do not accept cancellations once the order is fulfilled.
• We do not accept address changes after shipping confirmation.

After-sales Support

If your product arrives damaged or with serious defects, contact our support team at support@labubudrop.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear pictures/video of the product and packaging.

Minor Defects & Blind Box Nature

As blind boxes are handmade collectibles, minor imperfections such as slight paint misalignments, bubbles, or color variations are considered normal and not valid for return claims.

Cards & Accessories

If a card or accessory is missing or incorrect, we will try to replace it depending on stock. The original card must be returned if a replacement is issued.
